These terms cover text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by Sunny Roofing (Sunny R&R LLC), 1922 Hillcrest St, Orlando, FL 32803. By opting in you agree to them.
1. Program Description
Sunny Roofing sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling and rescheduling updates, inspection and project status updates, estimate and document delivery notices, and customer support replies to customers who have requested service or booked an appointment through SunnyRoofingCFL.com, our scheduling forms, or by phone, and who have agreed to receive text messages.
2. Opt-In
Consent is collected through a dedicated SMS consent checkbox on our web forms, by verbal agreement when you book by phone, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Phone numbers and consent records are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their marketing.
3. Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Opt-out requests are processed immediately. You can also ask to be removed by calling (561) 650-1355 or emailing info@sunnyroofingcfl.com.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
7. Carriers
The program works with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number to participate.
9. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy. Sunny Roofing complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act and CTIA messaging guidelines.
