Sunny Roofing warrants that all roofing installation work performed at the above property will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of completion.
Scope of Warranty
This warranty covers defects arising from workmanship, including:

- Faulty installation of flashing or other roofing components.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by natural disasters, including hurricanes, storms, hail, or winds exceeding 55 mph.

Voiding of Warranty

Customer Responsibilities
To maintain this warranty, the customer must:

Claims Procedure
